Due to my bad shoulder I have inreased the amount of different exercises. So from about 12 to 15 different exercises every morning.

I need this shoulder to get well now or I need to go to a doctor for a check up.
I also have gained to much weight … damn … well it is an easy fix.

Stop eating shit and I will loose these extra kilos quickly.

I should be at 65 kg not this.
