Apple A Day, my room

 Once again I stay at Apple A Day Resort, I have stayed here a couple of times already and I find the resort to be pretty fine when the price is right. 

This time I got one of the best rooms, according to my self any ways, look for your self.

 Yesterday, lunch and evening I went and visited my friends and had some food as well.

This their new bar and restaurant, as they had to move as the land was sold or something … lease nor more …

Chaos at Arlanda, cancelled trip.

 Well, my plans of  joining the celebrations of  Midsummer in Sweden and Mälhammar together with my brothers and their families have been cancelled. 

😭😭😭

It has actually been cancelled in my mind since long time but I had a hope that it might be happening.

I also do not have any urge to go back to Sweden at all, and seeing the post on DN.se about the chaos on Arlanda airport in Stockholm does, just make my decision easier.

I will instead go for a 2 week vacation in a rainy Ao Nang, Thailand.

Meet up with some Thai friends and 'Papa' will be coming as well from Songkla. It will be fun.

I hope I can convince 'Yaya' at Talay Bar and Restaurant, to have some kind of Midsummer party, she really do not have any clue what it is but I have tried explaining with some Youtube video links.

 I am running out of Dengue protection so I bought a new bottle. If this is actually working, I have no clue but I hope so.

This is why

I do like this app from Apple, to track your exercise and training. I do not need much more, it’s easy and simple.

I do use the Runkeeper app as well but not all the time.

These small messages when you have done some something extra is encouraging and you get a satisfaying feeling.

30-40 minutes every morning before breakfast and about 06am.

I did not know I could be without a facemask, but that now make sence, I have seen so many people without facemask the last week or two ... three!?!?

 Third time I am here and now I will do the actual shopping 

1 time: just checking out the place and found 2 items for a possible buying

2 time: going for the buy but the queue to the try-out room was enomous, super long. No buy this time

3 time: tried the shirt I wanted and it was not slim-fit as stated on the label. But I found another shirt that was ok, but not cotton just polyester. 😜

I wanted a light blue shirt but cannot find a cheap shirt and I have not looked at the Grants, Calvin Klein, Zara and so on. Well I was at Zara’s and found some expensive ones. 

Not for me 😁😎😇

I bought a pair of bathing shorts as well, 3 pockets that can be closed as well, perfect.
