I took the day off as I guess my body needs it, and why not I deserve it as well. But mostly as my body said enough is enough yesterday by shutting down on me during the powerwalk.

Update: it was actully a very enjoyable Sunday and I got some stuff done without straining the body at all.

After the failed powerwalk, I made the decision to get some goodies to counter attack the failure and defeat in the training session.

For the first time i did not end my powerwalk with a walk up to the 20th floor yesterday.

After 4/5 of my powerwalk the energy just left my body.
Energy and motivation ended, I finished the powerwalk but just sat down and rested at the amphietheater here at Brigade Metropolis, sun was kindy shining thru the misty cloudes so it was a nice warm rest.

Afterwards I went to the apartment building and took the elevator up to 14th floor were I live.
I use the facemask less now, as soon there no or a few people around I take it off.

I been tired and unmotivated to do this, during late afternoon and evening I am so tired I just do more or less nothing but , looking at youtube or surfing the channels on cabletv.

I have been exercising and actually lost some weight for some reason, I am hungry all the time and I eat all the time so I do not know why I have lost some 3 kgs

So … once again it suck to order from Amazon, or rather that the packaging from the companies that are sending the products are so stupid or so cheap that they do not do package things correctly.

One of my three coffee glas canisters was broken and had glas all inside.

So I cannot exactly blame Amazon for this but it sucks … I have now complained and asked for a new one.
One other thing is, now I got my replacemnet usb-c adapter and it also sucks … this was expexted, but the good thing is that I was able to make a refund this times, last time the only option was to get a replacement.
Lets see how these two issues turn out … to be continued ?!?!

Instead of a powernap I went for a walk to Phoenix and VR malls for a look, a bit to eat and perhaps some shopping.
