I failed yesterday, I was not able to complete the day. Motivation did not get better,

I did try to sugerchock the body and it help for an hour or so, then I just went to bed, watched some Youtube, took an 1-2 hour nap.
I did not do anything more that afternoon - evening, just lay in bed and watched more Youtube…

Today I will stay home and do nothing, just rest and figure out how to get back on track.
Info: I still do my 30-45 min of ”old man exercises” every morning so that is no issue.
