WOW I was expecting issues... as it is better to presume that something will go wrong or some trouble would occurre ... but it went pretty smoothly.

I needed to change my mobile number as many purchases are connected to your mobile phone and your bank. As I have a new number now I needed to change it at the bank to be able to have an 'easier life'.
- I got to stand in line, of course, but that's no issue.
- Bank server seemed to be have issues, according to bankman.
- Bankman told me this can be solved at the ATM, so I asked him to help out, I could solve it my self but as I was already in contact with a bankman so why not.
Tips for you: when in India, do not assume a 'service' will be done just because they say so, YOU have to make sure they do it, that's why I asked for 'help' to make sure it got solved when I was there.
Overall I am happy with the service, perhaps it also had to do with the fact that I was dressed as 'office code' ... meaning like a businessman ๐
