Yes, I tried some else in my exercise and I hope it will not back fire on me with some issues with knees or hips or whatever an old man can get from doing exercise as an amateur.
I have set a goal, to make a video about the trash and dirt here in the nearby area and this morning I was out and about doing it. So, to smack two flies in one stroke, I did my powerwalk and filming at the same go. But, to cover a little bit longer stretch of area I actually started jogging ๐ฎ, I been holding back myself from doing this as I have an old knee injury that I've afraid could turn into an issue again.
I so happy I tried to jog and so far so good, I could feel the knee a little bit but nothing serious. I really hope the injury will resurface in a couple of days.

Ended my exercise as usual at the top of the world or at least on the 20th floor.
1-2 people in the pool.
... and I also jogged up the stairs again.

Pretty clear morning, not so much smog and air did not taste or smell anything.
