I have not been monitoring my weight more than looking in the mirror, feeling the 'love handles' and bumping my belly.
This is due to the fact that my personal scale is in storage and in Sweden, so I have not measured my weight for about 3 months I guess it is now, well something like that.
Yesterday evening when filling in my 'Numbers' cheat (Apple excel application) named 'Weight and Training India', I made a guess of my weight. In the weight column it is just stated, since 3 month back, "Weight Unknown" 😁😂😃
I guessed 69kg
This morning I bought on Amazon.in Prime a 'Personal scale' and it arrived this evening.
Of course I could not restrain my self from doing a weigh in right away, and to some surprise I actually weigh less than 69kg.
64,2kg which is good as I was hoping NOT to weigh more than 69kg. 💀💀💀 I though actually it would be over 70.
This only shows how deceiving your own eyes and brain are and they can trick you, I guess this is how eating disorder can manifest it self. I am no doctor but ...
