Goals achieved

 This Sunday 26 March 2022 I achieved a goal earlier than planned and also today(Monday morning)I increased the the stakes and achieved much more. So progress is great.

- So what is the goal and what have I achieved ?

 Well as I for some time did not have a membership here at the community and I was not able to use the Gym and other facilities so I got into the stairs training instead.

I set a goal to be able to walk the stairs up from ground floor to the top floor of 20th and do it tree times in a row. 

1. 1->20, tough

2. 1->20, better

3. 1-20, hard

And that's what I have achieved now, some might say: 

- that's nothing!

- that's easy!

Well for you it might be so but this was my goal and I did it ;-)


Backpack on and soaking wet with sweat.


Backpack with extra kilos, towel is to make it more comfortable to have the water bottles in the
backpack and it will add some weight to it as well.

***This workout is also to prepare for my upcoming adventure within 3 weeks time, blog post will come on that as well.
